(I) Within 30 days after the purchase of our genuine products, the consumer, under normal operation conditions (non-human damage), the product quality fault, without disassembly and repair, the company's technical personnel confirmed that the fault occurred under normal use, with the purchase certificate, can enjoy the replacement service. Within a month, the occurrence of non-human fault, with the purchase voucher, can enjoy the warranty service.
(III) For the wholesalers and network distributors of headphones that cooperate with our company, we can provide long repair and long service warranty for our products. For the merchants that terminate cooperation, they can still enjoy our warranty service within 6 months from the date of termination of cooperation, and no longer enjoy our warranty service after 6 months.
(IIII) Since the unpacking and damage of the product packaging will lead to a discount in the value of the product, the merchants returning the product should pay attention to the packaging cost of the product due to the return of the product should be provided by the returned party.
(IV) Warranty Scope:
1. When the product is first unpacked, appearance damage, noise, can not sound;
2. Under normal operation conditions (non-human damage), parts of the product fall off without reason;
3. Product quality problems.
(V) Not covered by warranty:
1. Man-made damage;
2. The earphone parts are not complete;
3. Damage caused in transit;
4. The appearance is soiled, scratched, broken, stained, etc.
(VI) Under the following circumstances, the Company will refuse to provide free warranty service. However, charged maintenance services are provided:
1. The product has been damaged due to wrong operation, negligent use or irresistible;
2. The use of the earphone unit at a high volume into debris or impact will cause the deformation of the shock film, the breaking, crushing, flooding, shell damage, deformation and other artificial damage of the earphone cable;
3. The product has been repaired without authorization of the company;
4. The product does not operate according to the installation instructions provided by the original factory;
5. Unable to provide the product purchase certificate and the sales certificate of the sales unit, the purchase date is beyond the warranty period.
(VII) The Company will refuse to provide maintenance services under the following circumstances:
1. The relevant purchase certificate cannot be provided or the contents recorded in the product purchase certificate are inconsistent with the product;
2. The contents of the purchase voucher and the anti-counterfeiting label have been altered or blurred and cannot be identified;
3. The free service provided by the product does not include product accessories and other decoration items;
4. This warranty does not cover shipping costs and does not provide on-site service.
