Every departure of the SENDEM team building, no matter what the starting point, is about experience, and this time is no exception. After lunch we had a quick refresher and started the key part of the trip: In the ten-mile playground, the soldiers were organized, grouped and trained. In just 10 minutes, the team entered the military state and shouted slogans. Even if their voices were hoarse, they had to make their voices heard. The first clap of the coach's heart predicted that the team should not be underestimated, behind the bad smile is planning more difficult projects.
Next, we successfully challenged and completed the extremely difficult project of "Double Click slogan" for 20 seconds (according to the coach, there are few teams in this project within 20 seconds, we were the first student team to complete the task in nearly a year, he was quite amazed!)
Our challenge went so well, but the coach was trying to find something harder. Sure enough, in the following Concentric drum challenge, we failed. In this challenge, which required great team assistance, we took too little notice and missed a lot of training time, which resulted in failure. Sure, there is no such thing as smooth sailing, experiencing one or two setbacks to find the cause and optimize the improvement is not the normal situation of SENDEM in the past 10 years? Yes!
